Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

At KstyleJewelry, we are committed to selling our customers high-quality moissanite and lab-grown diamonds. We guarantee that all jewelry purchased from our website will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship upon delivery. With normal wear and proper care, our KstyleJewelry gemstones will not chip, crack or discolor and will last a lifetime!

We offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty to all of our customers, regardless of the price and type of item. The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty is effective from the date of purchase, only for KstyleJewelry purchases, and it is non-transferrable. The warranty is completely free of charge within one year of purchase. At the same time, we also cover the shipping costs for returns and resending items. The lifetime warranty also applies to products purchased for more than one year. You only need to pay a small labor fee and shipping costs.

Although we stand behind our product, we do exclude the following defects from the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty:

*General wear and tear, scratching, trauma, loss of center stones, product loss, theft, or improper cleaning and storage.

*Fading or discoloration of metals over time due to inadequate care (Examples: wearing it in the hot tub or swimming pool, spraying perfume or other chemicals directly on the jewelry, etc.)

*Precious metals, and especially prongs, wear down over time as part of normal use. Thinning of prongs due to regular wear might cause them to open up and the stone could be at risk of falling out. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.

*The loss of a stone caused by trauma or damage is not covered under the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

*Any third-party repairs or service to your jewelry completed by a company other than KstyleJewelry, including, but not limited to, ring sizing or other repairs will void your warranty.

Should you have an issue with your purchase due to manufacturing, please email Customer Service and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label in order to send your jewelry in to us. Once received, we will inspect the jewelry to determine if damage is covered by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. If it is covered, we will complete the work or, at our discretion, replace the item without charge and ship it back to you. If the damage is not covered by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty, or you require additional services not covered by the lifetime warranty, we will email you a price quote before the work is performed. If you approve the quote, we will collect payment for the repair and shipping. We will then complete the repair and ship the item back to you using a standard ground shipping method.

Free Ring Resizing

We will resize your ring once for free within 30 days of purchase. You only have to pay to ship your ring back to us and we will pay for the return shipping! Resizing is completely free!

During the resizing process, a small amount of metal is added or removed to increase or decrease the size to the new desired size. Therefore, your ring may be slightly thicker or thinner when completed. This is a minor difference that you may not be able to detect. Quality Assurance will inspect your resized ring to ensure that it meets our high standards and that your ring is the size you need.

Some rings cannot be resized. This may be due to size restrictions, being outside the recommended range, or design style. If your ring needs to be remade during our 30-day return period, you will not be charged. If your ring must be remade beyond our 30-day return period, there will be a fee. Once we receive and inspect your ring, we will notify you before any work is done to discuss the cost of replacing the ring.
